| Butter Cookies This is a very good
Butter Cookies Recipe. This cookies are very easy to make at home. It
is nice and crispy. The ingredients to make these cookies are butter,
margarine, sugar, egg and plain flour. The ingredients are available in
the supermarket. The recipe and complete instruction for making this
cookies are explained step by step. You can make very good
cookies in your first try.

| Ingredients: Butter------500 grams Margerine---150 grams Icing Sugar---300 grams Egg White --2 pcs Plain Flour---700 grams Method:- 1. Put butter, margerine and Icing sugar into a mixing bowl. (Use electric cake mixer) 2. Mix with low speed until well combined. 3. Add in egg white one by one until well mixed. 4. Add in the flour slowly. Mix well. 5. Place a flower tips into the pastry bag. 6. Fill up the pastry bag with the mixture and pipe out the mixture on to a grease baking tray. 7. Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes in an oven ( about 170 degrees centigrade) 8. Baking time may varies depending on the oven temperature and type of baking tray. 9. Bake until the cookies are light brown on both side. ( You can make a test baking with a few pieces of the cookies) 10. Remove the cookies from the baking tray when cool and store in an airtight container. Notes:- Ingredients - You can obtain the ingredients from cake suppliers or supermarket. Butter:- You can use stick butter (250 grams each) Margarine:- There are many brands on sale in the supermarket. Daisy or Planta margerine are available in Malaysia. Icing Sugar:- This is a powdered sugar. If you have a grinder, you can use white sugar and grind it into powder. Egg White:- You can get the egg white from hen egg by removing the yolk. Plain Flour:- There are many brands of plain flour. Plain flour is easily available in the supermarket. (The type use to make to cake) © 2008
